For 30 years the rule held in every warehouse and distribution center: the floor is variable and spontaneous, so it cannot be digitized. WMS, ERP and LMS stayed in planning and post-shift reporting. Live execution was left as an invisible gray area.
A Human Direction System is the category built for that gray area. It does not plan the shift and it does not report on it afterward. It directs it while it is still running: the right task to the right person, by role and position, in the same second.
